At FYidoctors, we want you to love your new eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your frames within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Frames
Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
